Developed in partnership with a CCG, along with a local mental health Trust and Recovery college, this platform has been designed to support residents and existing service users in profiling their new or recurring mental health symptoms (around 20 different categories) to connect them rapidly and efficiently to relevant support organisations and resources. This initiative includes collaborating with local services to comprehensively map and verify local resources which are linked to particularly mental health symptoms and issues. This platform is also based on the Res proprietary Navig8® system and has been integrated as the ‘front end’ of a wider multi-agency mental health ‘end-to-end’ service pathway. All stages of the design have included co-production activities with professionals and user groups.
